The ZDHC Manufacturing Restricted Substances List (ZDHC MRSL) is a list of chemical substances banned from intentional use in textile, leather and footwear manufacturing (except metallic trims). Using chemical formulations that meet the requirements of (conform to) ZDHC MRSL allows suppliers to assure both their customers, and themselves, that banned chemical substances are not intentionally used during production and manufacturing processes. The application form needs to fill which asks company and product details. (format provided by GCL) | |
Step-2 | Contracting |
On basis of application form GCL will provide a quotation & scheme rule. The operator need to approve by signature of authorised person and provide Company legal documents like Registration documents, Factory License copy to complete the contracting procedure | |
Step-3 | Audit Preparation & planning |
GCL will ask to fill in client information to plan an audit | |
Step-4 | Onsite Audit for level- 2 &3 |
GCL will send auditor to do onsite audit against ZDHC requirements as per respective levels, auditor will submit audit report to GCL ZDHC approver for final decision. | |
Step-5 | Issue Of certificate |
Based on the positive decision the conformance Certificate shall be issued and sent to the operator. In the event of disapproval, the reason for disapproval will be stated in the disapproval letter and sent to the operator. GCL International will always reserve rights to take decisions including the granting, maintaining, renewing, extending, reducing, suspending, and withdrawing of certification as stated in scheme rule. |
